After Johnny Fairplay was left bloodied and battered by Danny Bonaduce on Tuesday night the former "Survivor: Pearl Islands" contestant filed a police report claiming that the red-headed former “The Partridge Family” star knocked out one of his teeth, broke another and left several loose following an onstage encounter at the 2007 Fox Reality Really awards.
